XtraEdge workout 1:

This is a 30 minute fat burning workout: My treadmill has a “fat burning” work out built in. If you don’t have one, here is what you can do.

Put on gloves for 5 min warmup (2 mins slower than workout pace)

Set Treadmill for comfortable incline and mile pace 20 mins (pace should not be difficult and around 75%

5 min cool down (take off gloves, run slow as needed)
